Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how to return it:

  • Return Window: You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at woof@inuandivy.co.uk with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
